Our Story
Neighbors Cleaning for Neighbors
Dirtbusters was born right here in Green Bay — and we've been proud to call this community home ever since.
How It All Started
Dirtbusters started in 2011 with a simple idea: Green Bay families deserve a cleaning service that actually cares. Not a faceless franchise, not a rotating cast of strangers — just a reliable, friendly team that treats your home the way they'd want their own treated.
Our founder, Maria, started the business out of her own home after years of working for larger cleaning companies and seeing how impersonal the experience could be. She believed that cleaning was about trust as much as it was about technique — and that a local company could do it better.
Fifteen years later, we're still locally owned, still community-focused, and still showing up with the same care and attention we did on day one. Green Bay has been good to us — and we work hard every day to return the favor.
What We Stand For
Trust First
We earn your trust by being consistent, transparent, and respectful of your home and your time. Every single visit.
Local Roots
We live here too. We shop at the same stores, cheer for the same teams, and care deeply about the community we serve.
Attention to Detail
The little things matter. We notice the corners, the baseboards, and the spots others miss — because that's what makes the difference.
People Over Process
Every home is different. We listen to what you need and adapt our approach — no rigid checklists, just genuinely good cleaning.
